Blue Room Inspiration…
25 Feb 2011
I love Inside Out Magazine – although it makes me want to head out to buy tubs of paint all the time. It’s amazing what a transformation of space some clever and cool lettering and a few beautifully designed objects grouped together can do – voila!
Inspiration from the home of Beci Orpin
25 Feb 2011
You may be familiar with Beci Orpin – she is a well known Australian illustrative designer…rather than showing an example of her work – I’m more inspired by the decoration of her son’s bed room! Considering my son is going through a phase of ripping the pages out of his story books – I will take a leaf from Beci; and stick them to the wall!

13 Feb 2011

Sheree has been such an inspiration and support to me over the years – ever since we met at a BBQ while I was a still a student! I can thank Sheree for encouraging me to pursue fashion as a platform for my textiles! We are pictured here at a Perth Fashion Festival event – enjoying the fun of it all!

12 Feb 2011

Soco Creatives Inspiration
11 Feb 2011
This was my favourite page from the latest issue of Real Living. An image from the mantelpiece in the eclectic work space compiled by the girls at Soco Creatives in Sydney. The contrast of the orangey red spider orchids compliments the vintage green vase beautifully, also the cleverly positioned piece of bark adds texture and interest. I think I will try my own version today!
