Kelsey completed an Honours Degree in Art at Curtin University of Technology in 2001 and is currently studying for her MA - Master of Arts; majoring in Textiles.
Upon completion of her Honours degree Kelsey immediately launched into a career in design. Textile designs created by Kelsey have been used by leading Western Australian labels including Empire Rose, Morrison and Wheels & Dollbaby.
The launch of her label Ashe in 2002 has allowed Kelsey to develop a strong signature style of decorative print design. Each season allows new themes to develop in her unique graphic style which is then applied to a range of tactile products.
As a mother and a self confessed "Freo Girl" Kelsey finds endless inspiration in her research to develop new work and enjoys working in the space between art, fashion and design.
