Terms and Conditions

Orders, Refunds and returns

You confirm your purchase of Goods at the Price listed on our website by clicking Proceed to Checkout. By proceeding through the checkout process on our site you are agreeing to buy the Goods at the Prices indicated. Upon submission of payment details, the online order is considered final.

We do our very best to create the finest bespoke products, however if you feel there is a problem with the quality of your order, please get in touch via email immediately and return the product within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll do our very best to remedy the problem. Generally we begin production on your order immediately so please be careful with your order as we don’t refund for a change of heart purchase!

We accept claims when there is a reasonable and significant issue with the quality of fabric or manufacturing. Please bear in mind that small imperfections are possible with the digital printing process and a <1% rate of imperfection is standard within the industry. What this means for you is that a length of fabric may (or more than likely may not) have a slight imperfection at some point on the fabric. This is normal!

Ashe only makes guarantees limited to Goods sold for private and/or domestic use and is not liable for any losses or damages beyond the price/value of the Goods upon ordering.

We do our best to remedy any such issues by repair or replacement of Goods as quickly as possible. We firstly try to repair goods. In the event that repair is impossible, we offer replacement of Goods. If an adequate replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund of the original price.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Ashe will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Ashe Payment Security Policy with eWAY

Ashe uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Ashe or any outside party.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.

• eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.

• eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Ashe.

Samples and actual fabrics

Due to the colour settings and screen resolution on your computer, fabrics may appear different upon arrival. We do our very best to represent the fabrics as accurately as possible through photography, digital imaging and colour-correction. We suggest you request specific free sample swatches to examine in your home before placing an Order if you are worried about colour matching. Swatches are a very close representation of the fabric that will arrive in your Order, but may not be exact due to slight variations in printing. We offer free sample packs of the five different Ashe fabrics, however if you want a specific colourway or fabric type – please email us at info@ashestore.com.au

Delivery terms

As we create our products custom made to order, we need some time for production! Generally allow 3 weeks for production, depending on the size of the Order. An additional week can sometimes be added due to shipment, but this depends on size of Order and location of delivery.

You, the customer, is considered the owner of Goods once they leave our office. If return of Goods, for any reason, is required proper packaging of goods for return is required. We do not bear any responsibility for damage to Goods due to return shipment by you.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering and your goods will be posted as soon as we have produced them.

Online errors

If you perceive any technical error while processing an order and require assistance or clarification please contact us via the website, citing your specific concerns and any relevant order confirmation or promotional code.

Third Parties

Ashe may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.

Ashe does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

Communications

Ashe uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@ashestore.com.au or by clicking the “unsubsribe” link on Ashe’s e-newsletter.

Legal

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website.

Currency

All amounts listed on website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
